L’Aliva Marina is an extra virgin olive oil produced in the P.D.O. Corsica.

Already rewarded many times and once again in 2016 with a golden medal (P.D.O. Olive oil French national contest in Nyons, Provence).  Limited quantities a re produced each year, this oil is at a premium.

 

The Taste
Look at the beautiful golden liquid due to the fact that olives were picked up ripe form the trees.

Smell the herbal hints as well as artichoke and apple scents.

Now enjoy and taste an elegant, fine extra virgin oil showing a great aromatic complexity. Predominant hints of artichoke and aromas from the Corsican bushes, you will experience a slight peppery note at the end.
